Rochester man indicted on methamphetamine charges | Crime
A federal Grand Jury has indicted a Rochester man on methamphetamine charges.
61-year-old David Cohen was indicted on 12 counts, including possession with intent to distribute, distribution of methamphetamine, and possession of methamphetamine.
The investigation dates back to June of 2010, when officials say on multiple occasions, Cohen distributed methamphetamine to others.
If convicted, he faces 20 years in prison, a one-million dollar fine, or both.
