Police investigating home invasion robbery on Elm Place | Crime

Rochester Police are investigating a home invasion robbery on Elm Place where two people were tied up.

Investigators say the victims, a 25-year-old Rochester man and a 21-year-old Penfield woman, were asleep when they were attacked by two unknown men.

Police say the victims were tied up and told not to look at the suspects. The suspects stole several hundred dollars in cash and a DVD player.

According to police, the male victim was pistol whipped when one of the men demanded cash.

The victims were able to free themselves after the suspects left the home.

Currently, there are no suspects in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
