A Rochester man is in guarded condition after being shot while leaving work. It happened just before midnight Friday at the Durnan Mini Market on Hudson Avenue.
Police say 32-year-old Saleh Saeed was locking up the store for the night when he was shot twice in the back.
Investigators say they have solid leads on a suspect but no one is in custody at this time.
