Deputies: Rochester man stole from The Icing at Eastview Mall | Crime
An 18-year-old Rochester man is facing charges after sheriff’s deputies say he stole from a store at Eastview Mall.
Nicolas Wandersee is charged with petit larceny.
Deputies say Wandersee left The Icing with two items valued at $16 without paying for them.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court at a later date.
