Rochester man sentenced for trying to import counterfeit Viagra
A 53-year-old Rochester man was sentenced Wednesday for trying to import counterfeit Viagra and Cialis.
Curtis Henry was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $13,377.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Bradley Tyler said Henry ordered more than 700 counterfeit tablets from China between January and June 2011 and sold them in the City of Rochester.
