Case against defense attorney John Parrinello adjourned Tuesday morning | Crime

News10NBC has learned that the case involving the defense attorney charged with attacking a former client was adjourned in Rochester City Court Tuesday.

The judge told News10NBC that John Parrinello's attorney is in the middle of another trial and that Tuesday's hearing has been adjourned.

John Parrinello is accused of putting Joseph Cafarelli in a headlock and choking him.

Cafarelli claims the incident happened earlier this year when he went to Parrinello’s office to fire him and get files from an old lawsuit. Parrinello says he's innocent.

News10NBC does not know at this time when Parrinello is expected to return to court for this case.
