Rochester man charged after alleged boat confrontation at the Canandaigua City Pier | Crime

Rochester man was charged June 27 after an alleged physical confrontation with another person while on a boat parked along the City Pier, said the Canandaigua Police Department.

Reinaleo Montalvo, 41, of 40 Northwood Dr. was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
