Standoff on Fifth Street | Crime

Rochester Police are at the scene of a standoff in Rochester. News10NBC is told a man with a gun won't come out of a house on Fifth Street.

Rochester Police say it started around 12 a.m. when 911 was called for shots fired on that street.

News10NBC is told police didn’t find anyone who was hurt. Officers say they then tracked down where the man with a gun was and he refused to leave.

We have calls into police to find out if they have that man in custody and if he will be facing any charges.
