Driver crashes into utility pole on Mt. Read near Emerson | News
The Rochester Police Department is investigating an accident that occurred on Mount Read Boulevard near Emerson Street at around 10:30 Tuesday night.
Police say a driver crashed into a utility pole and was trapped for a short time after the crash. Emergency crews were able to cut him out of the car. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital and is expected to survive.
Police are still trying to determine what might have caused the crash.
