Rochester Trots with Troops; honoring ALL who help protect | News

Monroe County Sheriffs told News10NBC about the Trot for Troops Sunday morning around 10:00 a.m. with veterans and others who support the people who protect our freedoms – trotting in uniforms and all.

According to their website, Operation Patriot says their mission is simple:

“Our Mission

The mission of Operation Patriot Foundation, Inc., is to pay tribute to those who protect us daily – fire fighters, law enforcement, emergency responders and our active and veteran military forces, and to raise money for organizations representing these men and women who protect us.

Our intentions are simple. To pay tribute to help those who risk their lives for us daily and provide support to these people and their families through fundraising and ceremony in their honor.”

The organization has had events in Buffalo, Rochester and New York City.
