City of Rochester to honor marathon record holder from Brighton

The City of Rochester and Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks will present the key to the city on Monday to a brighton resident who holds the North American Marathon record.

Norm Frank is 79-years-old and has completed in 965 marathons. The resident of The Legacy at Clover Blossom has been recently sidelined with health issues, but he is determined to complete his goal of 1000 marathons.

Officials, friends and fellow runners will gather at 10:00am on Monday at The Legacy at Clover Blossom to present Norm the key to the city.
